Order Cancellation (Food Delivery

• Cancellation Window: You may cancel your food delivery order within 10 minutes of placing it for a full refund.
• Late Cancellations: If canceled after 10 minutes but before preparation starts, you will receive 50% of the total order amount as a refund.
• Post-Preparation Cancellations: If the restaurant has started preparing your order, no refund will be issued.
• How to Cancel: Visit the “Orders” section of your account or contact our support team.

Order Cancellation (Ghee Delivery

• Cancellation Before Dispatch: You can cancel your ghee order at any time before dispatch and receive a full refund.
• Post-Dispatch Cancellations: Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
• How to Cancel: To cancel a ghee order, manage your orders through your account or contact our support team.

Refunds

• Food Delivery: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after cancellation.
• Ghee Delivery: For ghee orders canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel after food preparation starts or fail to pick up your order, a 50% fee applies, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 business days.
  Return Policy* 1. Eligibility for Returns
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be *unused, in its **original condition, and in the *same packaging as when received.
  2. Return Process
• To initiate a return, contact our customer support team or visit the “Orders” section and select a reason for the return within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Return Shipping

• If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange for its return at no cost to you. After we receive the incorrect item, we will send the correct order. 4. Return Time Frame
• Food Orders: If the return is approved, the replacement food order will be delivered within 2 hours.
• Ghee Orders: Approved ghee returns will be replaced within 7 business days.
