1. Delivery Areas

• Food Delivery: We currently deliver food orders within a 10 km radius of our partner restaurants. Delivery locations are shown at checkout.
• Ghee Delivery: Ghee orders are shipped across India.

2. Delivery Time

• Food Delivery: Delivery times may vary based on your location and the restaurant’s preparation time. Most orders are delivered within 30-60 minutes of placement.
• Ghee Delivery: Ghee orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped via trusted courier partners. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.

3. Shipping Fees

• Food Delivery: Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.
• Ghee Delivery: Free shipping is provided for all ghee orders above ₹1,000. For orders below ₹1,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies.

4. Tracking Orders

• Food Orders: You can track the status of your food order through the “Orders” section of your account.
• Ghee Orders: Once your ghee order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided, and you can track the shipment on our courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Delays

We strive to deliver orders within the estimated time frame. However, unforeseen events such as weather conditions or logistical challenges may cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
